Spot Welding Electrodes

Spot welding electrode rods & tips are made from cold drawn, precipitation-hardened stock having very high strength & conductivity to delay mushrooming effect and dressing stops. Available in all our copper alloys.

Seam Welding Electrodes / Wheels

These are made of forged & age hardened blanks. Their strength permits usage under very high pressure and withstand deformation or cracking thereby ensuring long life of electrode. Available in all diameters & thickness and all our alloys.

Butt Welding & Projection Welding Blocks

Blocks and shafts are made by forging and Age hardening to give optimum life and prevent frequent replacements. Available in sizes weighing up to 50 Kg. Maximum.

Holders, Adapters & Shanks

These are manufactured in Copper Chromium Zirconium and Copper Cobalt Nickel Beryllium Alloys out of extruded and drawn rods in Age-hardened temper. Bent shapes are made on hydraulic press. The final proper ties achieved are same as for drawn rods.
