These alloys are significantly used in the production of high-grade copper rods and extrusions and as grain refiner in automotive pistons. Available in the form of waffle plates, shots, powder and ingots and packed in Wooden Boxes / 500 kgs. Steel Drums. Our copper base alloys are of superior quality and shall meet the requirements with great efficiency.

Tin Based Master Alloys

• Tin Phosphorus (5%)
• Tin Magnesium (5%)
• Tin-Nickel (5%)

Grades: IS-5743, DIN 17657, ASTM B- 52
Total Impurities in Each Grade: 0.50% Maximum (For Certain Grades = 0.20% Maximum)
Form: Ingots Weighing 5 & 8 Kgs
Shots: upto 8 mm

Phosphor Tin Alloys

4-6% Phosphors, balance Tin

Application
This special phosphor tin alloys is widely used in the production of high - grade tin - base solders. The effect of phosphor Tin for solder is three - fold: grain refiner, flux, dross inhibitor. Especially significant in Phosphor Tin's ability to reduce the formation of dross during soldering operations.
